Parks across the world have become massive tourist destinations over the years. Whether it’s a specific season it’s known for or offers an immersive nature activity, there are several reasons why visitors add them to their travel itinerary.Â
To honor these iconic destinations, the holiday European Day of Parks was established to take place annually on May 24. Not only does it recognize the parks across Europe, but it also aims to bring people closer to nature and bring awareness of each park’s impact on the overall environment. Due to the holiday, we’ve rounded up 10 of the best parks we think you should add to your travel list for when you visit Europe this year. Happy travels!
